Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly talented Postgraduate Engineer (MSc/PhD) to join our Autonomous Systems team and lead the development of a foundation model that will serve as the backbone of our autonomous robot.

Responsibilities

• Process large-scale, multi-modal data from diverse sources.
• Design, develop, and build Foundation Models to support perception for autonomous agents.
• Build data pipelines, training frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field (Excellent B.Sc with relevant experience will also be considered).
• Strong background in Visual Transformers.
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning (including academic or research projects).
• Experience in model training, fine-tuning, and neural network architecture design.
• Experience with Pytorch framework.
• Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: background in LLMs, VLMs, VLAs, or robotics.
