We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team. If you're passionate about technology, thrive on solving challenges, and have a solid foundation in full-stack development combined with proven leadership experience, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for self-starters who excel in both independent work and team leadership, with a track record of delivering business-driven results. Prior experience in a SaaS company will be considered a strong advantage.


Requirements


● BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

● 5+ years in technology with expertise in Angular +13 and .NET.

● 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

● Previous experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.

● Proficiency in .NET, including ASP.NET WEB API.

● Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is required.

● Familiarity with MySQL, Google Datastore, and Redis is a plus.

● Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and using Git/GitHub for version control.

● Understanding of Agile methodologies and proven experience mentoring junior developers.

● Experience with system monitoring, performance optimization, and release management.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Fluent in English (verbal and written) Responsibilities



Responsibilities


● Lead technical direction and provide mentorship to development team members.

● Develop and maintain the company's core platform, covering front-end, back-end, and database systems.

● Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions and guide team implementation.

● Lead system design, architecture decisions, and the technological direction of the platform.

● Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.

● Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.

● Plan and coordinate production releases, sprint planning, and resource allocation.

● Monitor system performance and drive resolution of technical incidents.

● Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable through technical oversight.

● Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

● Identify skill gaps and facilitate learning opportunities for team members.

● Stay current with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
