About the Role:

You will collaborate closely with parallel teams and senior managers, leading a team of 4-6 BI analysts/developers. This role requires strong leadership and management skills within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a BI team within the Data unit.
- Oversee end-to-end data projects and build team work plans.
- Provide technological leadership for Data Solutions.
- Drive innovation, creativity, and fast adaptability.
- Lead implementation of new technologies, including cloud migration.
- Work with Microsoft environments and ETL/ELT tools.
- Engage with senior executives and VPs to align data strategy with business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering (including ETL development).
- Experience in DWH modeling and managing end-to-end data projects (both backend and frontend).
- At least 1 year of managerial experience – mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SSIS, SSRS – significant advantage.
- Knowledge or leadership experience in AI applications (pipeline building, model selection) – strong plus.
- Experience in cloud environments – advantage.
