We are looking for a skilled Product Data Scientist to join the data group at AI21 Labs. In this role, you will be at the intersection of state of the art AI Products and Data Science.

You will be accountable for all data aspects of our products and come up with valuable insights that will shape them, in order to better understand our AI systems and B2B clients' use-cases. You will be working in a cross-functional team and be involved in the conceptualization, development, and analysis to bring insights to product, engineering and algorithm-developers stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Measure and evaluate the performance of AI systems and large language models
• Leverage data analysis toolbox and methods of statistical analysis to provide actionable insights and a deeper understanding of how our models and systems perform for our B2B clients
• Define and build data models, processes, and dashboards to allow stakeholders to consume relevant data
• Design, develop and automate data products to measure key performance metrics
• Influence and help shape the company’s analytics infrastructure and advocate for standardized work processes
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc in CS / Engineering / Statistics or equivalent (MSc an advantage)
• 4+ years of experience as a Research Analyst / Product Data Analyst / Data Science working with technical B2B products
• Experience with AI systems, using and evaluating language models - strong advantage
• At least 4 years of experience working with SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Looker
• Experience in data modeling, ETLs, and data handling best practices
• Exceptional analytical skills, accompanied by a strong belief that data is essential to drive decisions and outcomes
• Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
