About the Role - We are looking for an experienced NodeJS Backend & Data Engineer to join our team.

Description:

We are seeking a skilled NodeJS and Data Engineer with expertise in Big-data technologies and a proven track record of developing scalable, end-to-end data pipelines.

You will work on ETL/ELT processes, optimize large data systems, and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, or similar tools.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
• Write efficient, production-quality TypeScript and NodeJS code and complex SQL queries.
• Debug, investigate, and resolve performance issues in data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and backend developers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in data engineering with Big-data technologies and ETL/ELT processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, or equivalent.
• Develop and Deploy Microservices on Kubernetes (K8S)
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS programming and SQL.
• Experience in backend development.
