Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in development, maintenance, and optimization of distributed services in Python

• Design and implementation of Kafka integrations for reliable and efficient data consumption and publishing – mandatory

• Management and performance tuning of latency-sensitive services under high load

• Working in a Kubernetes-based environment, including CI/CD and continuous monitoring

• Technical guidance and leading architectural improvements and high-quality code within the team
