Our team is growing, and we are looking for you to join us as a Backend Engineering Team leader (C#) to grow, lead and support the Core and Services Development team.

• What will you do:
• Be responsible for all aspects of software development – from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development
• Work as a hands-on lead developer between 50%-80% of your time
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production-critical environment
• Help accelerate our growth and global expansion through leading, growing, mentoring, and managing your mission-critical team of talented engineers
• Qualifications:
• Have at least 3 years of experience in managing backend or agile teams
• Be an excellent full-stack C# developer with proven experience in developing and shipping high-performance scalable production server applications for at least 7+ years
• Be an excellent technical leader and collaborator, capable of building and maintaining relationships within the team and the department.
• Proven proficiency in C#, including .NET Core, SQL and Non-SQL databases
• Experience with AWS cloud platform is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g.,Angular) is a plus.
• Tech stack: microservices, API, .Net core, k8s, docker, kafka, sql sevrer, mongodb
