Annapurna Labs, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) company, develops amazing technologies that power AWS's infrastructure. Our team is integral to AWS's operations, managing critical ERP and B2B systems that support the company's global supply chain and logistics operations.
We are seeking a talented Information Systems student to join our dynamic team. As a member of our organization, you'll be directly involved in maintaining and optimizing our enterprise systems, supporting critical business operations, and contributing to supply chain automation initiatives.
The role offers hands-on experience with AWS's sophisticated planning and logistics operations, providing unique exposure to enterprise-scale data management and system integration processes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to validate and reconcile supplier transactions, maintain data integrity, and support process automation initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Validating and reconciling supplier transactions across multiple data sources
- Managing and maintaining ERP datasets and data queries
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Supporting supply chain automation and logistics processes
- Contributing to system integration and data management initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related fields, with at least 4 semesters left before graduation. **Please include your academic transcript along with your CV in a single PDF.
- Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Available for part-time student position
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Python, SQL, and data analytics
- Programming or scripting background
- Familiarity with process automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in tech industry or supply chain operations
