NESS is hiring a Data Engineer Team Lead!

The role includes managing and providing technical leadership to a team, taking responsibility for data modeling architecture, developing ELT processes, improving performance, and ensuring data quality, while working in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment using BigQuery and Dataform.

Full-time, hybrid position in Ra’anana.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing a Data Engineering team.
• Experience developing ETL processes in a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment .
• Experience developing with Dataform, including Incremental Tables, SQLX, JavaScript, Dependencies, Tags, and postOps.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of BigQuery architecture and functionality.
• Experience working with Git and managing development workflows.
• Experience working in a GCP cloud environment.
• In-depth understanding of the Data Vault methodology, including Hubs, Links, Satellites, Effectivity Satellites, Hash Keys, Hashdiff, and Load Date Timestamps.
• Ability to write Python scripts for automation, testing, and data analysis.
