We’re looking for a talented and curious Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team at Rise. As a full-stack developer at Rise, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that meets both technical requirements and business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services written in Go, handling configurations, business logic, and serving our client platform
• Build complex real-time logic in the frontend using pure JavaScript and TypeScript
• Work on the core infrastructure of our client platform, touching all major company assets
• Design and implement scalable, performance-oriented features end to end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features with high impact
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Take part in architectural discussions and help shape the technical direction of the product
• Contribute to open-source initiatives when relevant

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development
• Strong backend skills – experience with building complex, scalable APIs
• Frontend experience in pure JavaScript (ES6/ECMAScript) and TypeScript
• Experience building real-time, logic-heavy user interfaces
• Strong architectural understanding and system-level thinking
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases – PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments
• A track record of contributing to open-source projects is a strong plus
• Experience with WordPress, CRM systems, or basic website builders is not relevant – we’re looking for engineers who built deep logic and scalable systems from the ground up
