Responsibilities And Impact

• As a key member of our onboarding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving technical success for new clients. You'll craft smart tools, build seamless integrations, and implement cutting-edge AI agentic graphs that power smooth adoption and unlock real value from day one.
• You'll work alongside a talented team of engineers and play a critical role in designing, building, and launching new capabilities and features that bring significant value to our customers.
• You will create and automate complex user workflows using the latest generative AI technologies, significantly streamlining operations and enhancing user experiences.
• You'll be responsible for everything from architecture, development, deployment and testing of complex event-driven systems, and backend services.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in complex Backend systems
• Experience with Python - a must
• Strong background in DB architecture, SQL, and data/event pipelines.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, from design, and implementation to testing and deployment
• High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.
• Passion for crafting elegant backend solutions that simplify the messy edge cases of real-world client’s use-cases
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in generative AI, and an ability to leverage these tools to automate complex processes and workflows.
• Experience development SaaS microservices on a cloud based environment.
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with event/streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and K8s
• Prior knowledge in fintech technology space
