We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate
DevOps Technical Leader to join our Engineering division, located in our
Rehovot office. In this role, you will be responsible for building and automating our private and public cloud infrastructure, enhancing R&D and operational efficiency, reducing delivery time, and working with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the R&D department, actively participating in their day-to-day work.
- Manage, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud-native environments.
- Design and implement CI/CD solutions to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Build automated infrastructure provisioning frameworks and ensure their reliability.
- Oversee and execute code deployments across all environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on development and operations best practices.
- Continuously explore and brainstorm new ideas to improve development efficiency and delivery.
- Document and refine processes, ensuring they stay up to date with evolving needs.
- Enhance both infrastructure and application development to improve performance and scalability.
- Adhere to best practices and company procedures to maintain high standards.
- Work effectively within an Agile environment, following Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud production environments.
- Proven experience in building projects from scratch.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production (EKS preferred).
- Proficiency in writing Terraform modules (experience with Terragrunt or Pulumi is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Git-based source control (GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLabCI, or ArgoCD (GitLab CI preferred).
- Expertise in working with Helm charts.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting (strong Python experience is an advantage).
- Solid experience in Linux administration and day-to-day operations.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and VictoriaMetrics.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management (CM) solutions like SaltStack and Ansible (SaltStack preferred).
- Experience with centralized logging solutions based on Elasticsearch (ES), such as Coralogix, Loki, etc.
- Ability to lead and manage DevOps engineers, including metrics management.
- Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
