What will you do?

• Take ownership of complex, distributed, high-scale production cloud systems
• Design, develop, and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines to improve R&D delivery and automation
• Build and maintain automated build and deployment processes
• Manage and automate configuration and provisioning of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes
• Contribute to the architecture and development of cloud-based big data solutions
• Design and implement cloud-native monitoring and alerting capabilities
• Drive a culture of automation and continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends, DevOps tools, and cloud innovations
• Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding and supporting team members
  
  

Requirements:

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, including leading projects or initiatives
• Strong experience in cloud-based production environments (preferably AWS or GCP)
• A strong automation-first mindset, with a passion for improving efficiency and reducing manual work
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
• Solid background in Linux administration and networking
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and/or Python
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting in cloud environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication skills and a team player with a “can-do” attitude
