proteanTecs is looking for a BI Developer with Tableau Specialization to join our dynamic team and spead the next revolution in electronics!

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with Tableau – Must
• Deep understanding of Tableau: performance optimization, query improvement, infrastructure
• Strong SQL skills – Must
• Experience with BI systems and data visualization – Must
• Software development proficiency and coding experience (Python preferred)
• Familiar with ETL processes
• Ability to write tests and attention to code quality
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fast self-learner with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of development, maintenance, improvement, and optimization of Tableau dashboards for customers
• Ensuring visibility, accuracy, quality, and functionality of dashboards presented to customers
• In-depth data analysis and understanding of customer business needs
• Ability to ask the right business questions to deeply understand requirements
• Leading end-to-end projects while communicating with all relevant stakeholders
• Providing BI expertise and support to other development teams in the organization
• Evaluating new BI tools and innovative approaches that can improve work processes
