What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a passionate Software Engineer to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. As a member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in taking Hyro to the next level by: minimizing deployment time, generalizing and abstracting our AI assistants, developing new capabilities and supporting existing use cases in the healthcare space, and owning Hyro’s core technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the company’s core chat product by designing, implementing, and testing new features and services.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from ideation to deployment of new capabilities.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of our conversational AI assistants.
• Write mostly Python for our backend infrastructure.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Python or Javascript programming experience.
• Team player with a positive and fun attitude.
• Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with test-driven development, clean architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing, and performance requirements.
  
  

Advantages

• Experience in developing AI agents, with a good understanding of NLP principles and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with frontend development, including modern frameworks (React) and UI/UX best practices.
