🔹 About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the development of various systems, including information systems, websites, intranet platforms, and mobile applications. You'll be working with Web technologies, mainly .Net or open-source infrastructures, collaborating across multiple tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managing a development team focused on Web technologies

✅ Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle

✅ Leading system architecture, development standards, and schedules

✅ Providing technical guidance and hands-on mentorship

✅ Defining and implementing CI/CD processes

✅ Conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality development

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 8+ years of Full-Stack development experience with:

🔸 Backend: ASP.NET, Entity Framework, .NET Core, MVC

🔸 Frontend: React, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery

🔸 Databases: SQL Server, Elasticsearch, MongoDB

✔ 6+ years of experience managing a development team (5+ developers) with a hands-on approach

✔ 3+ years of experience with cloud environments, providing optimal solutions

✔ 5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD in cloud or local environments
