A leading global company is looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Team Lead to drive its data strategy and lead a team of analysts in delivering impactful insights. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key healthcare metrics and business KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights. You will establish best practices for data quality and documentation and drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning. Additionally, you will present complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

5+years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in consumer, e-commerce, or gaming industries)

Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau

Proven track record of leading successful analytics projects and building infrastructure from scratch

Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS)

Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics

Familiarity with BI tools and data warehouse architectures

Excellent communication and presentation skills
