Onebeat is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a passion for transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making and support our growing business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced BI solutions to support business operations and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools (Superset).
• Mentor junior BI developers and guide best practices in BI development.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence development and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python and experience with relational DataBases and Data Warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
