We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD processes, and Ansible, with significant experience in cloud computing (preferably AWS). Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement,t and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient deployment workflows
- Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible to improve efficiency and consistency
- Partner with software engineering teams to understand their needs and deliver the necessary infrastructure and tooling support
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance, availability, and reliability of infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and improve infrastructure and DevOps processes
- Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth within the team
Qualification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
- Proficiency in Terraform in implementing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Advanced knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally Python.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to identify and address potential issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
