Job description:
We are seeking a passionate and determined R&D researcher for our team that specializes in developing innovative IoT-based systems. Experience with designing and implementing new communication solutions is required, as well as identifying vulnerabilities and creating innovative solutions to overcome them.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement novel secure communication solutions.
- Conduct research to find new exploits and adapt existing CVEs while overcoming obstacles – reaching POC and then developing a working solution.
- Improve and adapt existing exploits.
- Conduct research tasks independently.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in reverse engineering techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience with embedded systems and familiarity with serial interfaces (e.g., JTAG, UART).
- At least 2 years of Experience with finding and adapting CVE to POC level.
- Experience in developing, compiling and/or researching embedded systems-based binaries – must.
- At least 3 years of experience with developing backend solutions using Micro Services architecture in Python.
- At least 2 years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of common networking protocols, network models, debugging skills, tunneling, proxies, VPNs – must.
- Cybersecurity knowledge, including vulnerabilities, networks, attacks, and defense mechanisms – must.
1. Familiarity with common exploit frameworks (e.g., Metasploit) –advantage.
- Experience in Network Systems Development – advantage.
- Proficiency in Linux (bash, networking tools) – advantage.
