Overview

We’re seeking a driven Senior Software Engineer to help establish and shape our R&D team from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with Computer Vision, data, and DevOps teams to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge systems, tools, and infrastructure. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence key architecture decisions and guide the technical direction of the organization.

• R&D Inception: Play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our R&D efforts, establishing best practices and technical roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Computer Vision, data, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration of new features and continuous system improvement.
• System & Tool Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust software solutions and cloud-based infrastructure that meet high performance and scalability requirements.

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in software development, ideally across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go).
• Cloud Production Expertise: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• System Design & Maintenance: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain complex systems and services.
• Containerization: Familiarity with container-based infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and scaling.
• Team Player: Able to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving requirements.
