We are looking for a senior algorithm developer with high capabilities and proven ability in DL & CV, numerical analysis, and python coding. In this role, you will participate in developing and refining algorithms for the quantitative analysis of blood count data. This position involves a significant focus on deep learning and computer vision, particularly in the context of object detection, segmentation, classification, and tracking. You will also be involved in large-scale data analysis and the development of robust pipelines for predicting blood count parameters. You'll be part of a fast-paced algorithmic team developing in python and working in a multi-disciplinary R&D team alongside physicists and software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deep learning pipelines working on our proprietary and patented spectroscopy imaging. Research and integrate SOTA solutions in computer vision and image analysis
- Read, reproduce, and apply findings from relevant scientific literature to enhance the performance of algorithms and models
- Design and maintain scalable data processing and model deployment workflows
- Collaborate with various R&D engineers to execute and analyze large scale medical data coming from ongoing clinical trials
Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, and numerical analysis (outside the academy)
- Proficient in Python, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch), data pipelines and experiment tracking
- The ability to lead a project from ideation to execution and performance analysis
