Radware’s CyberController R&D group is looking for a Full Stack Team Leader.

What will you do:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our security orchestrator.
• Collaborating with the product team, UX designers team, architects, devops and manage integration with other R&D teams in and outside the group.
• Assume complete ownership over key services of our platform, including quality of code and customer success.
• Take an active part in the team’s efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
• Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.
  
  

What you need:

• 3 years of experience in managing full-stack teams
• Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications
• At least 3 years of experience in client-side development with React
• At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with Java
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (preferable Elasticsearch/Opensearch)
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)
• Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management

• Experience with cyber security products development

• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with NodeJS
• Experience with Micro frontends architecture
• Experience with big data technologies
• Familiarity with network protocols and log formats (Syslog, NetFlow, etc.)
• Experience with of data monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
