About the team:

Radware is seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our CTO office research team. In this role, you'll lead groundbreaking research projects focused on detecting and mitigating cyber-attacks using advanced AI technologies.

The CTO office drives innovation by developing cutting-edge AI capabilities for Radware's cybersecurity products. Our team tackles complex challenges in network and application security, analyzing massive datasets to extract actionable insights for attack detection and mitigation.

We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges, works independently, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

What is the job:

  • Lead innovative research initiatives in network and application security, addressing complex cybersecurity challenges
  • Design and develop sophisticated AI solutions to enhance our security capabilities
  • Drive algorithm development from concept through production-ready implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into our product portfolio

What you need:

  • M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI
  • Strong Python programming skills with a focus on production-level code
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in cybersecurity domains (web, cloud, or network security) – an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
