What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientists to join our team of Data Scientists. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the personalization of our successful website for stock market investors. Personalization is the core of our ongoing site redesign and is needed to drive both the user experience, marketing, and subscriber engagement. You will work closely with data analysis and data engineering teams to leverage personalization to enhance the company’s growth.

• Growth through Personalization: The ultimate goal of the Senior Data Scientist is to leverage personalization to enhance the company’s growth by improving the conversion rate of those in free or paid trial, and boosting the renewal rate of paying subscribers. This includes optimizing the current product and introducing new personalized features or functionality in partnership with the Product team

• s:Advanced degree and commensurate experience in Machine Learning and Data Scienc
• e.5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on developing and deploying advanced personalization algorithms in a dynamic business environmen
• t.Proven track record of using Data Science for website personalization and targetin
• g.Experience in implementing data science models and creating pipelines for these models in production environments, preferably using AWS or SageMake
• r.Advanced Python skills and SQL knowledg
