About the Position:

As a Data Analyst at SAM Seamless Network, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work with a team of talented professionals to analyze data from millions of connected devices, produce detailed customer reports, and identify trends that drive business decisions. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of our products, and you will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions to increase our device identification coverage.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and Python. If you are excited about working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets of millions of connected devices to address data plan needs for growth, user behaviors, and business questions.
  • Produce customer reports on product performance, trends, and new features added.
  • Engage with different teams within the organization, work in collaborative teamwork, and contribute to innovative ideation.
  • Increase device identification coverage by using automation techniques and out-of-the-box thinking.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets – Must
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy) – Must
  • Experience with AWS Services – Athena, S3, Glue.
  • Experience with OpenSearch.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network protocols is an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible with a passion for data analysis.
  • B.Sc./BA in Engineering, Statistics, Math, or other quantitative fields.
