At the Signal Processing Algo team, we develop state-of-the-art algorithms for our LiDARs, which provide the autonomous vehicle with peerless Point Cloud and other data required for autonomous driving.
We implement, evaluate and improve upon cutting-edge research, using a mix of classical and novel methods, while working on our sensor’s unique, proprietary data.
We are looking for an experienced Algorithm engineer, a team player who can provide innovative solutions and deliver state-of-the-art results.
Areas of responsibility include, among others:
- Develop novel 3D sensing algorithms for Innoviz LiDARs, used by top-tier automotive companies
- Working closely with other disciplines including System, Optics, HW and SW to design new features, improving the LiDAR’s performance
- Actively participating in a full R&D cycle, from problem definition to implementation, with a high level of autonomy
Requirements
- MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of developing algorithms in signal processing, statistical analysis and probability methods
- High programming skills in MATLAB
- Experienced in chip development – significant advantage
- Experience with LiDAR or Radar systems - an advantage
- C, C++, Python - an advantage
- Automotive industry experience - an advantage
