In this position you will lead the DevOps team while being hands-on and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, foster communication and integrate DevOps tools and practices to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform and AWS services.
• Lead and develop automation scripts and tools in Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines using Jenkins.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Define and implement cloud security policies and procedures to maintain security, availability, and privacy.

Requirements

• 7 years of overall experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 3 years of experience in team leadership. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Experience setting up and managing CICD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and networking concepts.
• Experience leading DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
• Experience with DataDog is a plus, enhancing monitoring and optimization capabilities.
