About the Job:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute in the following ways:

·       Research critical problems escalated from different productions and provide quick resolutions.

·       Work with various stakeholders to understand detailed requirements, develop, maintain, and optimize features.

·       Navigate through vast scalable big data systems in cloud environments (Kubernetes, OpenStack).

·       Perform in-depth troubleshooting, analyze, diagnose, and debug complex issues.

·       Collaborate with multiple teams across and outside the organization.

·       Acquire broad and in-depth product knowledge.

Requirements

·       3 years of hands-on experience in C++ development - mandatory.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·       Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills.

·       Self-driven, curious, and reliable.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud services.

Experience with Java and Python.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenStack.

Experience with relational databases (SQL/Vertica).

Familiarity with communication protocols (TCP/IP, VoIP/LTE) and Linux environments.

Experience with cellular protocols.
