Responsibilities

We’re hiring an algorithm developer to integrate new models into our platform and collaborate with customers working in computer vision, NLP, and time series. You’ll dive deep into their neural networks, understand their pain points, and develop algorithmic solutions using Tensorleap’s platform. You'll also contribute to evolving our explainability pipelines and expanding the product to new use cases. We're seeking someone with strong expertise in deep learning building blocks like Transformers, CNNs, and generative models, excellent coding skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep Learning Experience: 2-3 Years hands-on experience in developing and evaluating Deep learning models. Having proficiency & familiarity with common models building blocks (ResNet, Transformer, Feature-Pyramid & Cost Volume, etc.)
• Computer Vision Experience: 1-2 Years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision Tasks (classification, object detection, segmentation, optical flow, depth, and generative models.)
• Proficiency in Deep Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 
• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, etc.) is essential, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• (Nice-to-have) Familiarity with common devops and production tools such as k8s, AWS, docker, Github Actions, ArgoCD
• (Nice-to-have) Customer Interaction Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Ideally, managed or took part in defining a technical process with customers - from the requirements stage until internal DoD and deliverables.
