We are seeking for a A highly experienced and versatile Senior Backend Infrastructure Team Lead with a broad vision, responsibility, and leadership skills.

Capable of working independently, motivating team members, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders through professionalism and effective communication.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Architectural and infrastructure expertise.
• Proven experience with Backend technologies (Java Spring Boot proficiency preferred).
• Understanding of monolithic development infrastructures (Java 8, Composer)
• Hands-on development experience with MS technologies, K8s, OpenShift, etc.
• Minimum 5 years in application development, 2 years in infrastructure development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead.
• Hands-on infrastructure development tasks.
• Knowledge of information security and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud environments, Docker configurations, Cloud Functions.
• Participation in architecture meetings and vendor collaboration.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize systems.
• Defining technological vision and work processes for the backend department/branch.
