Elbit is looking for an experienced BI Data Architect to join the BI team in HaifaOur BI Team provides extended BI solutions across Elbit corporate (thousands of BI users), Our BI Team is leading the Data Digital Transformation in Elbit, transforming data into insights and enhancing data driven decisions within the organizationBuilding data infrastructures for our end users to run self-service analytics This is Hybrid position As a BI Data Architect you will be responsible for:Being POC for all BI architecture and strategy related issues. Be part of the steering team that navigates the “Data Solutions” in Elbit group (On Prem & Cloud based solutions)Responsible for keeping us up to date on technologies and running technological POC’sDesign, Build and Implement end to end BI ArchitectureWork closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into data models and dashboardsLeading Digital Transformation for BI self service solutions across the companyDevelop ETL processes, dashboards and reports Requirements:B.Sc. in computer science, industrial engineering, information systems, or equivalent5+ years hands on experience in BI development (ETLs, Dashboards) 3+ years' experience as Data ArchitectHands on experience with BI front end tools:SQL Expert – a MustIn depth understanding of BI architecture, data visualizations, best practices and data storytellingPassionate about data, Strong analytical skills, Quick learner and independentWorking with DWH – a MustPower BI development /Qlik development – Must Advantages: ETL tool, Agile methodology,CloudTeam player with a good interpersonal and presentation skillsDoer, Independent, Self-Motivated who can lead complex tasks by his own
