We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new data systems and infrastructure, as well as maintaining, improving, and enhancing the accessibility of existing systems and their data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust backend infrastructure solutions
• Build and maintain scalable data systems and infrastructure- including optimization
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions for our infrastructure
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in backend infrastructure engineering
• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• High Proficiency in Python programming language
• Extensive experience with Docker, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in working with various databases, e.g.- MongoDB and Cassandra
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Experience with data management, processing, and analytics
• Expertise in implementing and managing monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with Web UI development (advantage)
