As a Technical Software Program Manager at MSD Technology Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our software development projects. You will be responsible for planning, overseeing execution, and delivery of complex software programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, quality assurance specialists, and other stakeholders, to drive projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

· Own the Project - Collaborate with DEV Teams, QA, Product managers and other stakeholders. Work closely with the R&D Team leads and Product Managers to make sure that the right things are being worked on and programs/releases are delivered on time.

· Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the program lifecycle.

· Work Closely with Product Manager to create the Project Plan and Roadmap.

Help prioritizing product development efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer requirements and business constraints.

· Collaborating with other departments at the company, such as Marketing, Engineering and Support group assisting them with R&D tier support issues.

· Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that software products meet quality standards and performance expectations.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or experienced R&D team leader.

· Technical Software development background – at least 5 years

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices, with the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

· Fluent English
