Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a technology roadmap that’s all about impact, innovation, and keeping us ahead of the curve and super excited.
• Lead by doing - Dive into code, reviews, and architecture, staying close to the team and our daily tech challenges.
• Build an elite team - Grow a top-notch group of engineers. Drive recruitment that turns heads.
• Advocate for cutting-edge engineering practices and AI tech that kick a$$es.
• Promote a culture where creativity and collaboration meet speed and high standards.
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure our tech answers market needs and customer wishes. Surprise them with tech goodies beyond their imagination.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering leadership, (ideally some in SaaS), with a shiny track record.
• Prior experience in leading large teams (30+) and leading distributed teams.
• Prior experience in leading data scientist / AI teams.
• At least two startup experiences in your belt.
• A proven ability to attract, inspire, motivate, and retain top-tier diverse talent.
• Strong technical knowledge and vision, with a demonstrated history of success in the development of cutting-edge technology.
• Strategic and analytical skills to turn big ideas into reality.
• Solid understanding of NLP, large language models and generative AI technologies
• Fluent in Node, React, AWS, Python. Bonus: Pascal (not really)
