As a Big Data Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize data workflows to support our growing data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement data ingestion processes to receive and clean data from various sources.
• Design and develop code on big data infrastructure to process and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move and transform data between systems and databases.
• Convert and transform information into a structured format suitable for analysis and reporting.
• Categorize, index, and organize information for efficient retrieval and analysis.
• Implement algorithm pipelines to support machine learning and data mining initiatives.
• Lead and manage a data extraction team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
