Our Research team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Data Operations to join the team.


We are seeking a Senior Data Operation with legal expertise to join our fast-growing team at Darrow. Our mission is to promote a data-for-justice revolution, utilizing AI and Machine Learning to discover harmful legal violations and secure compensation for millions of victims.

What Will You Be Doing?


As a legal professional with a passion for data and machine learning, you will manage our data labeling and annotation team, ensuring high-quality data and efficient processes. You will provide legal guidance to our Data Science team, collaborating to shape the future of the justice system through innovative AI solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the annotators' teams, ensuring timely and accurate data labeling.
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement processes.
  • Provide legal advice and context to the Data Science team for the development of machine learning algorithms.
  • Create and maintain annotation and labeling guidelines for internal and external annotators.
  • Analyze and monitor data, providing insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Lead data quality processes such as data analysis, profiling, monitoring, and cleansing.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in data handling.


Requirements:

  • LL.B degree.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis and familiarity with statistical methods.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing teams or projects.
  • Experience working with Data Science teams is a plus.
