We are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end development and ownership of our products and features, from design to scalable and predictable production behavior.
• Solve diverse and complex problems at high scale.
• Architect and design scalable and resilient backend systems.
• Review code, architecture, and data to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive technical innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to product roadmap development.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the backend services.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of development experience.
• Proven experience as a backend tech lead or similar role
• Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies: Apache Kafka / Spark Streaming / Kafka Streams / Apache Flink.
• Experience in Scala or another JVM language (Java, Kotlin, etc.).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Experience in data modeling.

Advantages:

• Knowledge in JVM or RocksDB optimizations and tuning.
• Production experience in a SaaS environment, including metrics, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
