About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team in developing a cutting-edge cyber operations system. Our development team specializes in cloud technologies and is involved in the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and end-user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a mission-critical cyber operations system
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and a user-friendly experience
• Implement and optimize cloud infrastructure using public or private cloud platforms
• Leverage Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker to containerize and manage microservices applications
• Develop backend APIs using Python or JavaScript
• Manage and query databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and cybersecurity technologies

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience developing backend services in microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including public and private cloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker
• At least 3 years of experience developing with Python or JavaScript; SQL and NoSQL databases
• Relevant degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science) - a significant advantage
• Experience with Kafka - a significant advantage
• Experience with Java or C# - a plus
