As our Technical Lead Developer, you'll be at the forefront of integrating our cutting-edge software with diverse technologies and platforms. Collaborate closely with technical teams across industries, ensuring flawless integration into external systems. Your creativity and expertise will drive the enhancement of our SaaS product, shaping the future of organizational service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration development of our software with external technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams from other companies to define integration requirements.
  • Self-learn new technologies and implement them to enhance software integration capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless communication and data exchange between different systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team on integration best practices.
  • Help define the technical requirements from the SysAid platform to enable better integrations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a developer in a software development environment.
  • Proficient in database systems and experience with data exchange protocols including SQL, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams from other companies in English.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
