The Human Evolution lab, led by David Gokhman, seeks an experienced bioinformatician.

The job includes software development and advanced data analysis as part of a multidisciplinary team aiming to decipher the genetic basis of human-specific traits and diseases.

Requirements:

1. MSc/PhD in bioinformatics/life sciences/biotechnology/related field – mandatory
2. Extensive experience (at least 2 years) in bio-computational research – mandatory
3. Proficient in Python/R - mandatory
4. Experience with NGS, genomics, genetics, evolution, statistics – advantage
5. Good organization & communication skills, team player
