This pivotal role focuses on the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Language Models to lead research in model development, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies. You will play a critical role in advancing our AI Search technology, making data more accessible and valuable to enterprises.

What You'll Do

• Spearheaded research initiatives in the domain of NLP and Language Models to improve the functionality and performance of our AI Search technology.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and enhance models that underpin our unified data access solutions.
• Optimize prompt engineering techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI Search technology.
• Develop and implement fine-tuning strategies to tailor models for specific enterprise use cases and data sources.
• Continuously analyze and refine fine-tuning processes to ensure optimal outcomes and adaptability.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that guide model development and strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI Search technology into enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science
• Proven expertise in NLP, language models, and their application in real-world projects, preferably within an enterprise context.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• A deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in model development, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
