Role Summary:

Join our dynamic development team as an Automation Engineer, where you will spearhead the creation and maintenance of an advanced automation infrastructure for our comprehensive sportsbook platform. This role involves ensuring seamless integration and testing across backend, frontend, and mobile applications. You will play a critical role in enhancing our sports betting systems, contributing to the robustness and efficiency of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end (e2e) automation frameworks for backend, frontend, and mobile applications within our sportsbook platform.
• Conducting automation tests using cloud-based solutions to achieve rapid outcomes and maximize performance.
• Integrate automated tests with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• Utilize and maintain proficiency with popular automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
• Manage isolated environments, including setting up databases and configurations tailored to specific test cases and scenarios.
• Conduct load and performance testing, analyze potential cost implications of handling high volumes of messages, and strategize on cost-efficient solutions.
• Continuously update and refine automation practices to keep pace with technological advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and managing e2e automation infrastructures for complex software systems, including web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Python Expert
• Experience with running automation in a scalable manner on cloud platforms.
• Expertise in integrating automation testing with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with the operational aspects of automation, including cost management and optimization.
• Ability to design and execute load and performance tests, with a keen understanding of the associated costs and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Java or Kotlin.
