Data Analyst (R&D Department)

SeeTrue is an exciting Artificial Intelligence well funded startup in the heart of Tel Aviv (a short walk away from Azrieli train station). SeeTrue is leveraging Machine Learning and Computer Vision to bring AI to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast and labor free.

Job Description

Data is the underlying asset of our vision. You will directly impact the core value of the product. You'll play a pivotal role in our ongoing mission to develop an advanced analytic pipeline capable of handling diverse data types and forms without manual intervention. Your expertise in advanced analytics will help provide predictive insights that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into technology insight that will promote us in the product and business levels. The main role is to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and tools for providing ongoing reports. The Individual chosen for this position will have the opportunity to promote unique ideas, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Data sets and subsets generation. Mapping business requirements to a well defined set of benchmarks and tests (building the data infrastructure to be used for the models)
• Conducting precise measurement, comprehensive analysis, and insightful conclusions on overall business, technology and product activities
• Defining technical requirements in collaboration with various organizational departments and ensuring their seamless implementation.
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement while sharing your findings with a variety of stakeholders and management team.
• delivering actionable insights and tools that help teams from across the organization to make impactful decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in the data industry.
• Define automatic processes regarding to reports and deep analysis



Qualifications & skills

• +4 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Ability to work as part of an agile and quickly growing team
• B.Sc in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
• Understanding of reporting architecture: data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
• Multitasked, independent, with excellent organizational skills that can provide support of multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to details and constant curiosity to learn and solve problems
• Experience or knowledge in Machine Learning or AI environments- huge advantage 
• Robust skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualizations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Experience in python or other scripting languages 
• Knowledge in SQL and Excel
