Job Description

As a Data analyst you will drive data-driven insights and governance. This dynamic position involves a range of responsibilities including creating reports, dashboards, and providing visibility of the data to all stakeholders, all within a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis and algorithms to extract insights
• Monitor KPIs and data quality to ensure data integrity and flow
• Develop & Maintain BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision making processes
• Continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science & Engineering
• Proven experience in quantitative analysis and data governance
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in analyzing business data in startup environments - advantage
• Experience with Machine Learning techniques - advantage
