Seal Security is the first generative AI solution for automated, scalable open source vulnerability remediation. Our technology provides organizations with predictable and centralized control over the vulnerability patching process, eliminating the need for R&D team involvement.

Offering standalone security patches, Seal Security ensures seamless remediation of vulnerabilities in direct and transitive dependencies, regardless of their version, and across hundreds of projects simultaneously. This enables security teams to respond immediately, reducing MTTR from weeks to hours and significantly decreasing manual effort and technical debt.

We are looking for a core team member with a strong security research background, who will work directly with the CTO on the company's core technology.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development of backend software components (research, design, development, testing, rollout, monitoring).
• Contributing to technological and architectural decisions.
• Conducting design and code reviews.
• Enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Golang).
• Micro-services based architecture experience.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Advantage: Experience in security research (e.g., vulnerability research, exploits).
• Advantage: Prior experience with AI technologies (e.g., Vector DBs, LLM APIs).
• Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities.
