What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and versatile backend engineer to take over multiple development responsibilities under the Checkmarx One group.

We are working with the most cutting-edge technologies, building a new and exciting cloud platform using mainly – Golang, gRPC, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

How will you make an impact?

Designing and developing functional and/or technical capabilities within large-scale products, making ongoing design decisions, and focusing on multiple product domains and technologies.

What is needed to succeed?

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure.
• Golang Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Golang as the primary programming language.
• Have the ability to take E2E tasks across teams.
• Passionate for new technologies
• Familiarity with Clean Code and S.O.L.I.D Design Principles
• Experience with Data persistency (SQL, Redis, RMQ)
• Micro-services architecture and development
• Linux, Docker, Experience with Kubernetes – significant advantage
• Open-minded and learning spirit (towards application security)
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Team player and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, backend developers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and more.
• Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze problems and propose creative solutions.
• Ability to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication (HE+EN)
