About the role:

Exon seeks a highly motivated tech lead who will be responsible for our Adtech team by managing, mentoring, guiding, setting goals, and achieving OKRS.

He or she will be responsible for all the team products and development output.

Job responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 2–3 programmers
• Champion best practices in software development, ensuring code quality and security
• Contribute to the growth of the team by actively participating in technical and organizational improvements related to processes and infrastructure
• Implementation of architecture at all stages of development (code | design | monitoring | scale).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and knowledge of software architecture- Must
• 2+ years' experience in managing a team of 2+ developers— Advantage
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript on the server side and working on complex, high-scale applications (mandatory).
• Experience working with AWS
• Expertise in one of the languages: Python or C# — a plus
• Knowledge of source control, CI/CD pipelines, and containers (Docker) - a definitive plus
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• BSc or MSc in CS, Math / Elec. Eng. - a big advantage
