We are seeking an outstanding embedded software engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technologies for Gilat's next-generation products, we foster product innovation, encourage quick iterations, and empower individuals with a great deal of freedom.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to global SW projects, developing embedded software solutions for our NGSO satellite-centered networking technology.
• Navigate the software development lifecycle, infusing creativity and precision into Design and Code Review to push innovation boundaries.
• Execute meticulous test procedures, ensuring rigorous validation of software requirements with clear and detailed documentation.
• Drive transformative change by bringing visionary concepts to life, shaping the trajectory of future innovations while honoring established product legacies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, drawing inspiration and support for remarkable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of demonstrated experience in C programming - Mandatory.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems - Mandatory.
• Self-motivated learner with a strong aptitude for independent study.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with embedded systems preferred.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
