We are looking for a Backend Team Leader with the highest sense of ownership to join our team in Haifa, who will handle multiple projects while learning new cool technologies.

Responsibilities

● Lead and continue to build an innovative roadmap considering the right technologies and

newest platforms SDK capabilities

● Hire, mentor and inspire the team to adopt coding excellence

● Responsible for full domains, from concept, throw tech design, and architecture, to

production

● Make an impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting edge

products

● Implementing complex algorithms and business logic reaching our rapidly growing user

base

● Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of PMs, developers, designers, and

others to deliver the best outcomes

Requirements

● Proven experience in managing a team and leading projects to successful completion

● Ability to meet or exceed challenging ETAs in a dynamic startup environment

● Has a decent knowledge in one of C# (.NET Core), Java (Spring Framework), or Python

● Has a strong understanding of distributed systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, MQTT)

● Have been responsible for configuring and running applications in production on AWS,

Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
